We are manufacturing car roof tents with dimensions 2300x1250x300 mm from GRP (glass reinforced polyester). It opens from the back side; the hood is lifted by two gas lifters.

It opens in a few seconds; by closing we must be careful for sides of a tent not to close them between the cover and the bottom part, so it last about a minute or two and we can drive away!

The sides of a tent are made from a tent fabric; above the entrance is a small roof (Vordach in German).

In the tent are enough places for two adults and a child. The weight of complete car roof tent is about 50 kg and is ideal possibility for comfortably travelling around.

It is best suited for the caravans and off road cars with a strong roof carrier rails.

You must be aware of increased fuel consumption by higher speeds (above 100 km/hour). The noise because of the air flow is not increased.

With the open tent, we test drive the car with the speed of 85 km/hour!

The bottom of a box is made from 15 mm water resistant plywood and is strong enough to hold 2-3 people, even when it is mounted on only 2 carrier rails. Underneath the bottom of the box there are two C shaped stainless steel rails in which are sliding 4 (or more) pairs of bolts for universal connection with the carrier rails.

Prices:

The price for the box without tent is 555 Euro + VAT

The price for complete box with tent is 1110 Euro + VAT

Because the tents are made upon request, the delivery and deposit is a matter of personal agreement (for now 14 days and 50% of the price).

Those with a little skill and patience can made a tent by themselves (DIY) and they need to buy only the box!
